Dubai Creek Gardens is a large masterplan by Global Partners in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2, on the Al Jaddaf side of Dubai Creek. It covers over 127,000 square metres and is planned for more than 1,400 homes, a portion of them Westin and Renaissance branded residences delivered with Marriott International.
Pricing, unit mix and handover have not been released. We have listed the project because a scheme of this size changes the Al Jaddaf picture and because early access matters on branded stock — not because there is anything to commit to yet.
